Frisco rode a good effort from starter Yasuhiko Ito to beat the Topeka Predators at Outlander Park. The final score was 4-1. Getting the save was Callum Butler, his 17th. Today's win puts Frisco at 31-21, while Topeka falls to 31-19.

Had Mark Spencer not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Spencer hit a bases-clearing double. That made the score 4-1, in favor of the Rams.
