The Marysville Monarchs bested the Long Island Ducks by a score of 10-9, with third baseman António Ayala getting the main credit. On the day, Ayala belted 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Monarchs. The Ducks, at 22-26, have lost 4 straight games.
