Bulldogs Come Back Late to Clip Shamrocks

Spokane left-hander Jim Unknown helped his team edge Pacifica by the score of 2-1. Unknown kept the opposing lineup in check. Jim Unknown got the save, the 1st for him this season. Spokane currently is in 5th place in the Bob Moose League Bruce Bochy Division at 21-25.
Vicente Gonzáles had a go-ahead double for Spokane in the bottom of the eighth inning. With no one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, the 23-year old left fielder hit a run-scoring double off Bernard Coste. His 12th double of the season made the score 2-1.
"For the most part, I stayed out of the middle of the plate," Unknown said.
