The Boise Hawks and Wichita Wolverines completed their game despite the rain.

Pete Freeman knocked in all 4 runs for the Boise Hawks, helping them beat the Wichita Wolverines, 4-3. Boise reliever Juan Pérez got the win, raising his record to 4-0. Carlos Mendoza was tagged with the loss. James Woodard closed the game out for Boise, earning his 10th save.

Freeman turned the game around in the top of the seventh. That's when the Boise center fielder dialed up a grand slam home run. Just like that, Boise's 3-0 deficit turned into a 4-3 lead.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Freeman said.

With the win, Boise goes to 22-23, while the Wolverines fall to 18-26.
