António Días pitched well, but his team, the Spokane Bulldogs, still dropped a 4-0 decision to the Sandy Springs Spartans at The Coliseum. Sandy Springs reliever Tony Mejía picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-4. António Días was collared with the loss. Tom Polk earned the save, his 6th, for the Spartans.
