The Frisco Rams and Riverside Red Bulls brought some excitement to Outlander Park.

The Riverside Red Bulls thumped the Frisco Rams, 8-2, at Outlander Park. Hsui-chuan Fung was a big reason his team got the win. Fung went 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Riverside starter Tung-chi Zhuo was credited with the win after throwing 84 pitches over 5 innings. His record now stands at 1-2.

In the top of the first inning, Riverside got a break when Fung went to the plate. With two outs, the bases loaded and the Red Bulls leading 1-0, Fung hit a 2-run single.

"We didn't put up much resistance," said losing manager Rafael Castillo.

Riverside is now 29-15, 3 games up in the Cory Lidle League Lou Piniella League.
