Jail Birds Suffer 6-4 Setback

The game between Atlantic City and Newark is in the books, despite a little rain.
The Atlantic City Enforcers topped the Newark Jail Birds, 6-4, in Cory Lidle League action at Cobras Ballpark. The player of the game was Atlantic City pitcher and Calgary, Canada native Guo-quiang Zhào. The Enforcers saw their win-loss record go to 16-19. At the same time, the Jail Birds fell to 13-20.
Alex Balcarcel didn't waste any time giving his team the lead. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run double to put Atlantic City on top, 2-0.
Zhào said afterward that he was glad to help his team win.
