The DeKalb Cornhuskers topped the Wichita Wolverines, 6-3, in Bob Moose League action at The Corn Crib. The player of the game was DeKalb pitcher and Maki, Japan native Morihiro Hashimoto. The win takes DeKalb to 12-9.

Yoshida Nakai helped out the DeKalb cause in the bottom of the sixth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the shortstop drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances.
