Snaps Come Back Late to Clip Bulldogs
The Cincinnati Snaps took Spokane pitcher António Días's best shot and still were able to claim a win at The Studio. The final score had Cincinnati getting past the Bulldogs, 4-3. Días went 6.1 innings and allowed no earned runs, striking out 8. Reliever Taroemon Okazawaya picked up the win. His record improves to 1-2. Kevin Labbee took the loss. The Bulldogs fall to 7-11 and continue to sputter in the early going.

Jhong-shun Shang dealt the Bulldogs a blow in the bottom of the ninth. Batting with the bases loaded and Cincinnati trailing 3-1, Shang hit a 0-1 cutter for a run-scoring single.

"It's great to get the crowd pumped up," Shang said.
