Great Day for Isaac in Wolverines Win
Alan Isaac was the difference-maker for the Wichita Wolverines in what turned into a shootout with the Topeka Predators. Isaac earned the player of the game award after going 4-for-5 in the 19-10 Wolverines win. Wichita reliever Víctor Flores was the winner. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Justin Bolling. Wichita has a mark of 6-8 after the win.

The game hit a turning point in the top of the third inning, when the Wolverines were trailing 6-5. Kasilingam Jaisimha delivered a two-out 2-run single for Wichita, catapulting his team into the lead.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Isaac said.
