The Frisco Rams relied on the hitting of shortstop Steve Yarrigle to stop the Jacksonville Hellcats, 7-3. For the game, Yarrigle went 2 for 5 with a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Frisco reliever Scott Boorman picked up the win to move to 2-0. Russell Numbers suffered the loss. The Hellcats fall to 5-8 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2032 season.

Jiro Takahashi contributed an important at-bat in the top of the seventh. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It was one at-bat that helped send Frisco to the win.
