The New York Ninjas topped the Rock River Rats, 8-3, in Bob Moose League action at Confucius Field. The player of the game was New York pitcher and Maracaibo, Venezuela native Lourenço Russa. Russa went 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 5 hits, walked 3, and struck out 7. His record improves to 1-1. New York is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 4th in 11 games.
