Serrano Helps Beetlecats Run Win Streak to 5
In a high-scoring contest between Buzzard's Bay and Marysville, center fielder Marcos Serrano was a difference-maker. Serrano earned player of the game honors in the 12-9 Buzzard's Bay win. He was 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The winner was Robert Escobedo in relief. His record improves to 2-0. Hridaya Ramanakoppa took the loss.
