The Albuquerque Cacti topped the Canton Paczkis by the score of 9-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Sergio Pérez. Pérez went 3-3 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Cacti on the day. Albuquerque reliever Izumo Ikarashi was the winner. His record is now 5-2. The losing pitcher was Benny Hartley. Earning his 47th save for Albuquerque was Hisataro Sato.
