Multi-HR Game for Au in 14-9 Win
Kian-tat Au was the difference-maker for the Scranton Escape in what turned into a shootout with the Chicago Titans. Au earned the player of the game award after going 2-for-4 in the 14-9 Escape win. Guo-quiang Zhào earned the win for Scranton. He lasted 5 innings, allowing 5 earned runs on 9 hits, while striking out 4. With the win, he raised his record to 4-3. Máximo Larreta converted his 10th save in 20 tries.

Au came through for Scranton with a 3-run home run in the bottom of the first. He hit a full count fastball to left-center field, staking his team to a 3-0 lead.

"It was one of those games where both teams were swinging the bat well," Au said.

Scranton, at 76-79, occupies 4th place in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division.
