Losing Streak Continues for Phantoms with 9-2 Loss to Cacti
Albuquerque starter Dino De Buono kept the Coronado hitters in check, while his team cruised to a 9-2 win. Shunji Kurota picked up the save for Albuquerque, his 2nd of the year. The misery continues for the Phantoms, which has now dropped 11 in a row.

Albuquerque third baseman Damian Ballesteros helped the Cacti to the win. In the bottom of the fourth inning, the 23-year old shortstop stroked a run-scoring single. For the game, Ballesteros was 2 for 5 with a triple. He scored 2 runs.

"We're our own worst enemy right now," said Coronado skipper Jeffrey Graham.
