Scranton Escape starter Yong-kook Chong kept the Acapulco Banditos hitters in check, leading his team to a comfortable 7-2 win. Chong, now 3-3, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 8 hits, while striking out 6, walking 1, and allowing 1 earned run. Joe Kenner locked down his 3rd save.

Also making an impact was first baseman Kian-tat Au, who drilled a grand slam home run in the top of the fifth inning for the Escape. For the game, Au was 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once.

"We'll pop the top on a cold one and get back to work tomorrow," Au said.

Scranton bumps their record to 74-78 with the win.
