Bowling Green got a first-rate effort from pitcher Jorge Guerrero, who frustrated Billings hitters en route to a 3-0 Racers triumph at Top of the Hill. Barry Sherman earned his 5th save in 9 chances. At 76-66, Bowling Green is in third place in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division.

Tynan Miller's at-bat in the bottom of the seventh inning was a big one for Bowling Green. Coming to bat with one out, runners on 1st and 2nd and Bowling Green leading 1-0, the shortstop hit a 2-run double.

"Jorge did a tremendous job," said Bowling Green manager Walt Dobson.
