|
The Bronx Bombers trumped the Vancouver Canadians, 5-2, at Stanley Park. Bronx catcher Otte Noordijk was named player of the game for his performance. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Pedro López, who went 7.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 5 hits, while walking 1 and striking out 5.
