Though the conditions were not ideal, the Seattle Sasquatch and Rubber City Rhinos came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Sasquatch had to overcome a fine performance from Rubber City pitcher William Miller to grab a 6-2 win at The Rubber Grounds. Miller allowed no earned runs over 5.1 innings. With the loss, Rubber City is 19-12.

Seattle third baseman Ruberto Sucena changed the complexion of the game in the top of the seventh inning. That's when he belted a grand slam home run off John Cosman. His 10th home run of the season put Seattle in front, 5-2.

Sucena told a Seattle Observer reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
