The Scranton Escape met little resistance from the Omaha Raptors, beating them 11-3 at Anchorage Municipal Stadium. Milton Cloarec led the way. He went 2-5 with a triple and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5 for Scranton. Scranton, at 69-69, occupies 4th place in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division.

In the top of the fifth inning, Jen-kan Yi went deep for the Escape. With Scranton leading 4-2, he drilled a 2-run home run.

"The most important thing is that we won," Yi said.
