Banditos Need Extra Frames to Get Past Canadians
Acapulco Banditos starter Andy Schuman pitched a strong game against the Vancouver Canadians at Underdogs Ballpark, leading the Banditos to a 7-4 win. Acapulco reliever Jon Green was the winner. His record is now 3-4. The losing pitcher was Eddie MacClung. Acapulco is now 66-67.

Anastasio Buchanan dealt the Canadians a crippling blow in the bottom of the 11th. With the game tied and runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a walk-off 3-run home run. The longball gave Acapulco the lead, 7-4. Vancouver pitcher Eddie MacClung could only shake his head in disbelief.

"It's a thrill to get that kind of win," Buchanan said.
