Escape Win in Glorious Fashion
The Scranton Escape electrified the home crowd at Hell Stadium with a walk-off win.

The Astoria Argonauts wasted an impressive 7.1-inning effort from starter Mike Taylor, falling 2-1 to the Scranton Escape at Hell Stadium. The win was credited to Thomas Wright in relief. His record improves to 1-2. Jeff Schwartz took the loss.

One significant plate appearance for Scranton came with no one out in the bottom of the 11th inning. Escape catcher Ryuichi Kobayashi got hit by a pitch, which helped Scranton go on to win.

"This win should put a little bounce in our step," said Kobayashi.
