Pasadena right fielder Manny Serrantino had a good game, even if his team did not. The Bumblebees dropped a 9-7 decision to Minneapolis at The Ice Box. Serrantino slugged 2 home runs. Minneapolis goes to 70-55. The win puts them 8 games up in their division.

A key moment came in the bottom of the eighth inning when Freeze right fielder Danny Adolf socked a full count sinker to right for a run-scoring single, putting Minneapolis up, 6-5.

"You come to the ballpark to do your job and that's what I did today," Adolf told the Minneapolis News.
