Phantoms Topple Cats, 5-2

Coronado third baseman Tae-kyun Hong had 4 ribbies while helping his team defeat the Fort Worth Cats, 5-2. Kawanari Uchida was credited with the save for Coronado, his 10th of the season. The Phantoms raised their record to 63-61.
Hong contributed a big hit, a bases-clearing triple, for Coronado in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 2-1, Hong took a sinker from James Akehurst and stroked the triple to right. His 2nd triple of the season allowed the Phantoms to leap in front, 4-2.
"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Hong told the Coronado Gazette. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
