Cacti Get One-Run Win at Coronado
Coronado got a terrific performance from third baseman Noriaki Hatsutori, but it wasn't enough to beat the Albuquerque Cacti. Albuquerque won the Phantoms Field contest, 7-6. Hatsutori was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. The Cacti, at 60-53, lead by one game in their division.

A key at-bat came in the top of the first inning. With the bases loaded, the batter, Floyd McAuley, drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It made the score 1-0, Albuquerque, and helped them go on to win.

"I play this game for myself and my family, but of course it's always nice when we can win," said McAuley.
