Behind a solid performance from center fielder Brandon Dawson, the Indian Wells Aeropostales defeated the Acapulco Banditos, 17-6. Dawson went 4-5 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 6 for the Aeropostales. The Aeropostales improved to 53-57.

Dawson had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a 2-run double. The Aeropostales went on to win.
