Though the conditions were not ideal, the Canton Paczkis and Acapulco Banditos came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

Canton third baseman Noboru Kamada picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Acapulco Banditos, 6-5. Canton, at 58-52, occupies second place in the Nick Adenhart League Bobby Cox Division.

Canton grabbed the momentum in the top of the sixth, when Kamada, who is tied for 7th in the NAL in home runs with 19, hit a 3-run home run. His 19th home run of the season put the Paczkis out in front, 5-3.

"I felt good up there," said Kamada. "I saw the ball well."
