The Scranton Escape grabbed a 10-3 win over the Indian Wells Aeropostales at Hell Stadium. Scranton second baseman Dylan Light went 4-4 with 2 doubles and 2 singles, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once to earn player of the game honors. Dave Garcia got the win, improving to 5-5. He held the Aeropostales to 3 earned runs on 6 hits over 5.1 innings, while striking out 5 and walking 1. Shane Westmacott was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 1 of 2 save opportunities.

The Escape got a big at-bat from third baseman Yoshihiro Takahashi. For the game, Takahashi went 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 5th home run of the season gave Scranton a 2-1 lead.
