Heida Helps Cats Run Win Streak to 3
The Fort Worth Cats topped the Omaha Raptors by the score of 7-5, with the largest share of the credit going to left fielder Shumei Heida. Heida was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Cats. Vincenzo Rizzoli picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 9-9. Jesús Castillo was tagged with the loss. Robby Guzman converted his 21st save in 26 tries.

Heida had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 3rd in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Cats went on to win.
