Titans Need Extras to Top Baristas

Chicago beat Silver Lake at Ashton Gate, eking out a 5-4 win. The win was due in large part to designated hitter Jaswant Ghosal, who earned player of the game honors. The Titans saw their record improve to 47-43.
Luis Chávez had the most critical at-bat for Chicago. With one in the top of the tenth inning, Chávez hit a 2-1 fastball from Bhanuratha Vaithu for a run-scoring single. It put Chicago in front, 5-4.
"It's a satisfying feeling, to win like we did," said Ghosal.
