Escape Pull Off Thrilling Win in Extras

Scranton rode a decent outing from starter Monty Burns to victory over the Chicago Titans at The War Dome. The final score was 7-4. With the win, the Escape have a record of 44-41.
Richard Ndadaye said the idea of hitting a home run barely crossed his mind when he came to bat in the top of the tenth. Ndadaye belted a 3-run home run to stake Scranton to a 7-4 lead. His 1st home run of the season came off Chicago pitcher Nobuharu Fujita.
"I'm glad this one's going in the books as a 'W'," Ndadaye said.
