Bronx second baseman Masanori Kato had a good game, even if his team did not. The Bombers dropped a 9-6 decision to Antioch at The Coal Mine. Kato went 4 for 4 with a triple and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Getting the save was Michael Moyer, his 1st. Bronx now has a 5-game losing streak.

Chipping in for Antioch was second baseman Conor Borlase. He stroked a run-scoring triple in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, Borlase was 1 for 2 with a triple and 3 walks, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2.
