Maple Wins 6-0 to Continue Red Hot Start
|
Maple left-hander Umarah Abdul-Quddus was sensational in shutting out the Dallas Texans, 6-0. The Marauders, now 20-5, have been red hot.
Jae-hoon Park chipped in for Maple, stroking a crucial 2-run double in the top of the first inning. For the game, the right fielder was 2 for 5 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance," said Abdul-Quddus.
