Philadelphia third baseman Carlos Gamboa had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 8-4, to Billings at The Bell. Gamboa went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Billings, at 41-45, occupies 4th place in the Darryl Kile League Cito Gaston League.

Way-ming Wang helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a 2-run home run to give Billings a 2-0 lead.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Wang told the Billings Daily.
