It was a fun time at Golden Fleece Park, where the Pasadena Bumblebees and Astoria Argonauts tangled.

A 4-RBI performance from the 21-year old shortstop Pablo Sosa helped the Astoria Argonauts beat the Pasadena Bumblebees, 6-2. The winner was Astoria reliever Ernesto Villegas, now 2-0. The loser was Jim Unknown. Dave Hamm earned the save for Astoria, his 1st.

Sosa had an important at-bat with a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Argonauts went on to win.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Sosa.

Astoria now owns a record of 34-37.
