|
The Philadelphia Freedom stymied the Minneapolis Freeze, 5-2, at The Bell. Fernando Germán, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for Philadelphia. Juan Ramírez, who went 6 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 6 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 6.
