The Blazers had to overcome a good performance from Quebec pitcher Mitsuo Kobayashi to claim a 4-3 win at Celestrial Fields at Hermann Park. Kobayashi went 8 innings and allowed 2 earned runs. The win was Coco Yamashita's in relief. His record improves to 3-1. Darma Djojohadiksumo took the loss for Quebec. The win moves Bloomington to a record of 11-12.

The Blazers were down to their last out in the bottom of the ninth when pinch hitter Sean Clark turned a 1-1 slider from Darma Djojohadiksumo into a 2-run single. The walk-off single sent a roar through the crowd and gave Bloomington a thrilling 4-3 win.

Clark described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
