The first-place Antioch Coal Miners welcomed Billings to The Coal Mine.

Antioch right-hander Lester Bisdu was sensational in shutting out the Billings Mustangs, 6-0. Juan Martínez sewed up the save, his 2nd.

Bisdu, the Antioch right-hander, went 6.2 innings, allowing no earned runs on 3 hits. He collected 10 strikeouts.

"I had a good game plan," said Bisdu. "I made my pitches." His manager concurred. "It was all there," John Smiley said, "the velocity, the sharpness of his pitches."

Antioch is now 45-21, 4˝ games up in the Darryl Kile League Cito Gaston League.
