The Reno Raiders got a rain-soaked win over the Detroit Death Stars at The Death Star.

Virisimo Antona pitched a gem to lead Reno to a 5-1 victory over the Detroit Death Stars. Antona went 7 innings to notch the win. He scattered 7 hits, walked 1, and struck out 2. His record improves to 1-1.

Also pitching in for Reno was third baseman Casey Freemann, who hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth. For the game, Freemann was 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"It was just a matter of executing," said Reno manager Chris Brading.

With the win, Reno goes to 29-36, while the Death Stars fall to 29-36.
