The Scranton Escape defeated the Chicago Titans, 5-4, in 12 innings. Norberto Rivera led the way, going 4-for-5 for Scranton. With the win, the Escape improved to 32-28.

The most crucial at-bat for Scranton came in the top of the 12th inning. That's when Rivera stroked a 2-1 fastball to right for a run-scoring single, putting Scranton up, 5-4.
