Vedant belts 2 home runs, Leads Beavers to Win
The Portland Beavers defeated the Columbus Aces, 10-4, in Roberto Clemente League action at Central Park Downtown Stadium, with Portland left fielder Vihaan Vedant named player of the game. The Aces fall to 9-12 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2032 season.

Vedant came through with some timely hitting for Portland. With the score 2-2 in the top of the fourth and one down, Vedant hit a 1-2 fastball for a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season made it 6-2, Portland.

"We maximized our offense today," said Portland skipper Ryan Blandford. "That makes everyone's life easier."
