Raptors Fall to .500 After Loss to Death Stars
The Omaha Raptors took it on the chin, losing 10-1 to the Detroit Death Stars. Dao-zi Chou, the 16 overall pick in the 2026 draft, pitched a strong game for Detroit. The winning pitcher was Chou, now 1-2. He tossed 5 innings of 1-hit ball, while walking 5 and fanning 3. The third-place Death Stars improved to 24-31.

The Detroit triumph was a team effort. Not least among the contributors was Anthony Miller. In the top of the first, the Detroit left fielder hit a run-scoring triple. It staked his team to a 1-0 lead.

"It was full throttle on our side," said Chou.
