The Bronx Bombers reigned over the Philadelphia Freedom in damp conditions at Bronx Ballpark.

Getting a good performance from center fielder Kiyonobu Yamasaki, the Bronx Bombers defeated the Philadelphia Freedom, 10-4. Yamasaki went 2-2 with a home run, a triple, and 2 walks. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Bombers. Even with the win, the Bombers have a dismal 17-35 record.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Eric Swinney went deep for the Bombers. With Bronx leading 1-0, he drilled a grand slam home run.
