Earthquakes Come Back Late, Nip Pioneers
Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Noam Foucher, the San Francisco Earthquakes defeated the Vancouver Pioneers, 7-6. Foucher went 2-2 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs for the Earthquakes. San Francisco, now 3-0, has gotten their season off to a good start.

The clutch at-bat in the bottom of the ninth belonged to Foucher. Facing John Bunce with the bases empty, the San Francisco left fielder had a solo home run. Game over, walk-off style!

Foucher described the clubhouse as "kind of rowdy" after the game.
