Escape Suffer 8-4 Loss to Raiders
|
The Reno Raiders defeated the Scranton Escape, 8-4, at House of Pain today. Leading the charge for Reno was designated hitter Ennio Duccio. He went 2-4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Mei-shan Huang earned the save for Reno, his 6th of the year. Today's win puts Reno at 19-26, while Scranton falls to 27-19.
Duccio contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the third. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit a 3-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Reno get the win.
"I felt good up there," said Duccio. "I saw the ball well."
