The Silver Lake Baristas got a strong performance from pitcher Douggie Pitchford, who stymied the Acapulco offense en route to a 4-1 win at Ashton Gate. Cyprien Bataille was called on to finish, recording his 3rd save. With the win, the Baristas improved to 17-27.

Masamune Fujimoto contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With the bases loaded, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat that helped Silver Lake get the win.

"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said Fujimoto.
