Thrilling Walk-Off Win for Baristas
Silver Lake beat Acapulco at Ashton Gate, escaping with a 8-7 win. The win in large part was due to catcher Andrew Spence, who earned player of the game honors. He went 3-4 with 2 doubles. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Silver Lake reliever Cyprien Bataille picked up the win, upping his record to 5-4. Denny Goodwin took the loss. Silver Lake is last in the Nick Adenhart League Tony La Russa Division with a record of 16-27.

Silver Lake took a 8-7 lead on Brady Warren's 16th hit of the season. The run-scoring single, which Warren hit in the bottom of the ninth, left Acapulco pitcher Denny Goodwin shaking his head.
