In a low-scoring tilt between the Canton Paczkis and the Indian Wells Aeropostales, Eduardo Diadoni was the difference-maker. The Canton right-hander earned player of the game honors in the 3-1 win. Indian Wells is in the throes of a 11-game losing streak.

Carl Questi had a nice at-bat for the Paczkis with no one out in the top of the seventh. With a runner on 1st, the center fielder hit a run-scoring triple, which would prove important in the Canton win.

"Not to be Captain Obvious," said Indian Wells manager Mario Perez, "but we need to push more runs across the plate."
