Big Day for Hide as Raiders Down Freeze, 6-1
A 4-RBI performance from Charlie Hide, who is tied for 3rd in the DKL in RBI with 29, helped the Reno Raiders beat the Minneapolis Freeze, 6-1. With the loss, Minneapolis falls to 15-17.

The Raiders beat the Freeze with some clutch hitting. The single by Casey Freemann in the top of the fourth is a good example. With two down, Freemann gave his team the lead, 2-1, when he came through with the big hit.

"Whenever we hold the other team to one run," said Raiders manager Chris Brading, "I like our chances."
